Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

EASY RETURNS
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

The DEMARLE Lifetime Warranty
Demarle grants to consumers a Lifetime Warranty of "SILPAT" products (the "Products") delivered in the United States ("US") & purchased from the "www.fr.silpat.com" merchant site.
The Company DEMARLE guarantees against all defects in material or workmanship, all "SILPAT" products made of an alloy of fibreglass & silicone sold in the US.
The lifetime warranty corresponds to the 20-year life of the Products. This 20-year lifetime warranty begins to run from the date of purchase, subject to normal & domestic use of the product by the non-commercial Consumer (the "Consumer").
To benefit from the DEMARLE Lifetime Warranty, the Consumer must justify proof of purchase & have regularly implemented the guarantee within the deadlines & under the conditions of Article 3 of this Warranty.
Cases of Exclusion from the DEMARLE Lifetime Warranty
This Lifetime Warranty covers exclusively "SILPAT" products purchased & used, in accordance with the instructions for use printed on the product packaging & communicated on the company's website for domestic use by consumers & purchasers of "SILPAT mats."
It does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, negligence, non-compliance with instructions for use & maintenance or unauthorized modification or repair of the product.
- Abnormal use, misuse, tearing of the product caused by a knife or other utensil, even by simple negligence.
- Inadequate storage conditions: the canvas must be stored flat. Do not fold or place heavy objects on the canvas.
- A burn caused by exposure to heat or the flame or grill of the oven.
- Overheating (with temperatures higher than 428°F).
- Freezing/thawing of the mould in inadequate & brutal conditions, with temperatures lower than -40°F.
- Use of unsuitable cleaning products; the mats must be washed with a soft sponge & warm soapy water & air-dried.
- Stains, discolouration or scratches.
- Shocks or accidents.
- A modification made to the product, in case of repair by the Consumer.
- A transport problem.
- A professional or commercial use made while it is a sale to the Consumer.
This Lifetime Warranty benefits only the first purchaser of the Products. It is not transferable to a third party.
This Lifetime Warranty does not cover other products in the range, such as accessories, which benefit exclusively from the legal guarantees set out below.

If the product is covered by the Lifetime Warranty terms:
- The Company will replace it with an identical product. If the product is no longer available, the Company will offer the buyer an equivalent product or refund the buyer the purchase price.
- The shipping costs will be reimbursed on proof & the return costs will be born by DEMARLE on presentation of the return slip.
