    WHY WE LOVE IT

    • Add a French-style finish to grilled steak or roasted beef with our time-saving sauce. Made according to tradition, it's slow-simmered with Bordeaux wine, beef stock and demi-glace for complex flavour. The sauce is enhanced with mirepoix, shallots and spices, then reduced until it's exceptionally rich and thick. Just heat it and serve it with your favourite cut of beef. The versatile sauce is also delicious with chicken, pork or duck.
