Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
- Product may separate; shake well before using.
Preparation Instructions
- 4-lb. (2-kg) boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts.
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil.
- Salt and pepper.
- 1 jar Meyer Lemon Braising Sauce.
Pat dry chicken and season with salt and pepper. In large fry pan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, warm vegetable oil. Working in batches, brown chicken on both sides, approx. 8 minutes per batch.
Slow-cooker method: Transfer browned chicken to Insert and add braising sauce. Cover and cook on high until chicken is fork-tender, approx. 1 1/2 hours.
Oven method: Transfer all chicken to platter. Add 1/4 cup (60ml) water to pot and deglaze, using wooden spoon to scrape up any browned bits. Return all chicken to pot, add braising sauce and stir to coat. Cover pot tightly with lid, transfer to 350°F (180°C) oven and cook until chicken is fork-tender, approx. 1 1/2 hours.
Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired and serve.

EASY RETURNS
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
