Handcrafted at a family-owned workshop in the Italian alps, this gleaming tea kettle is crafted from a single sheet of solid copper and topped with a cast-bronze finial in the shape of a lotus, a blossom regarded in many cultures as a symbol of purity, compassion and enlightenment.

Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops; not induction compatible.
- Oven safe to 430°F.
- To protect the tin lining from damage, do not heat the pot empty or at temperatures above 430°F.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the tin lining.
- When pouring hot water, use your free hand and a potholder to secure the lid.
Care
- Allow pot to cool before washing.
- Hand-wash; dry immediately with a soft cloth.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Copper will develop a rich patina over time.

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

EASY RETURNS
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

For returns of items purchased from your Williams Sonoma Gift Registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.

Ruffoni products are manufactured & inspected to ensure high quality standards. They are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from material defects in materials & workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the item.
Ruffoni warrants to the original purchaser, in possession of proof of purchase & original packaging, that it will replace any detective part or item which is identified & verified by Ruffoni during the warranty period, or, at Ruffoni’s discretion, substitute a replacement item of similar value.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use or normal wear & tear. Scratches, stains, discolouration or damage from overheating are not covered by this warranty. Wear & damage to the tinned surface, where present, is not covered by this warranty. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this warranty.
