Use
- Clean before initial use. Wipe heating element inside cooker base clean with soft cloth to ensure there are no stray packaging particles.
- Install condensation collector, Anti-Block Shield and sealing ring before using. Follow manufacturer instructions in manual.
- Sealing rings stretch over time with normal use. For best results, replace sealing ring every 12–18 months or sooner if you notice stretching, deformation or damage.
Care
- Clean unit after each use.
- Unplug unit and allow all parts to cool before cleaning.
- Inner cooking pot is dishwasher-safe. Discolouration may occur after machine-washing, but this will not affect safety or performance. Alternatively, hand-wash with hot water and soap, then rinse thoroughly. To remove hard water stains, scrub with sponge dipped in vinegar. To remove stubborn or burnt-on food residue, soak in hot water for few hours before cleaning. Dry exterior surfaces thoroughly before placing pot in cooker base.
- Removable parts are top-rack dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, hand-wash with hot water and soap, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemical detergents, powders and scouring pads.
- Empty and rinse condensation collector after each use.
- After cleaning and drying, store lid upside down on cooker base.
- Store sealing rings in well-ventilated area to avoid odours. To eliminate odours from sealing rings, add 1 cup (8 oz.) water and 1 cup (8 oz.) white vinegar to inner cooking pot. Turn on cooker for 5–10 minutes, then use Quick Steam Release.
- Wipe inside of cooker base and condensation rim clean with barely damp cloth. Allow to air-dry.
- Wipe outside of cooker base and control panel clean with soft, barely damp cloth or sponge. Allow to air-dry.
- Dry all parts thoroughly before using or storing unit.

EASY RETURNS
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
