Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

EASY RETURNS
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

For returns of items purchased from your Williams Sonoma Gift Registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.

LIMITED WARRANTY We are pleased to offer a limited warranty on all GreenPan Cookware to the consumer who originally purchased the product. This document can be found online at www.greenpan.us/warranty. What does the warranty cover? The warranty covers defects in materials & workmanship in your GreenPan Cookware for the warranty periods defined below. What does the warranty not cover? The warranty does not cover any damage due to (a) use of the product not for regular household purposes or other misuse; (b) abuse; (c) failure to follow product instructions; (d) normal wear & tear; (e) modifications; (f) loss or damage in transit; or (g) accidents or other actions beyond our reasonable control. How long does the warranty last The warranty period for the product’s Thermolon ceramic nonstick coating is limited to two (2) years from the date of your purchase. For all other warranty claims unrelated to the product’s Thermolon ceramic nonstick coating, the warranty period starts from the date of your purchase & lasts until the end of your lifetime(as applicable, the “warranty periods”). What are your warranty remedies? If the product has a defect during the applicable warranty period we will, in our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product. As used in this warranty, “we” or “our” refers to The Cookware Company (USA), LLC. WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the preceding limitation may not apply to you. OUR LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
