Made using a heritage recipe, the decadent cake is studded with dried apricots, sultanas, raisins and currants. It's sweetened with brown sugar and molasses and highlighted with spices, candied citrus peel, brandy and port. Wrapped in a traditional muslin sack, the festive dessert makes a great seasonal gift.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Pudding ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months. Once opened, store in cool, dry place.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Pudding is best served warm or at room temperature.
- To warm in microwave, remove all packaging. Heat pudding on full power for 6 minutes (based on 8000W appliance; if different, refer to user manual).
- To steam boil, place pudding in steamer and cook for 2 hours. Do not boil dry. Alternatively, boil in bag in saucepan filled with water that covers half the pudding.
- Cook for 2 hours. Do not boil dry.

EASY RETURNS
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
